Bridgestone/Firestone needed a better way to interact with tire dealers. Before our revamp, giant binders were mailed with information that outdated quickly, and most were thrown away completely. Our approach was to rethink the whole process. The dealers needed user-friendly resources that they actually use. And connection more frequently to share news and relevant information. The solution became two-fold, so the Marketing Toolkit AND TreadLife Magazine were born.
